Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/3 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- Topping:
- 1/4 Cup butterscotch flavored chips
- 1/4 Cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Cup chopped salted cashews

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the butter into the brown sugar. Add the flour and salt, mixing well. Press mixture onto bottom of an ungreased 8-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 11 minutes.
2. Melt the butterscotch chips, corn syrup and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in cashews. Pour mixture over the baked crust. Bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely and store in refrigerator.
