Place chicken wings in a bowl or a ziplock bag. Season with salt and the curry powder. Make sure all the wings are coated.

In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Pour over the wings and mix well, ensuring all the wings are coated with the sauce. Cover the bowl (or close the ziplock bag) and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Once the wings are marinated, put the wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The wings should not be touching each other. Use the leftover marinade to brush the wings for extra flavor.

Bake the wings for 25 minutes or until they are fully cooked. Serve with a dip of your choice. These wings were served with a creamy sriracha sauce.
