Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 tbs butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tbs sour cream
  • 2 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 2 tsp minced chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Dash lemon juice

Step 1

Remove a strip of peel from the middle of each potato. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. In small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drain potatoes; add butter mixture and toss gently.
