This is a very good and unusual pie, its hard to find a Pineapple Cream Pie recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 Baked Pie Crust
- 2 cups Crushed Pineapple
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Egg Yolks, slightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pineapple, Cornstarch and Sugar over low heat until thick. Add Butter. Pour part of mixture over Egg Yolks. Return to pan and cook until thick, about 1 minute. Cool and pour into pie shell. Cover with Meringue and bake at 300 f. for 15-20 minutes.
