Never-Fail Yeast Rolls

The addition of white cake mix gives these dinner rolls just a hint of sweetness. AND BONUS: no kneading!

Ingredients
- 1 package (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water 110-115 degrees
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 9 oz. yellow or white cake mix
- 1/2 t. salt
- Melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm waterk. Beat in the flour, cake mix, and salt. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about an hour. Pkunch down dough; divide in half. Roll each portion into a 12 inch circle. Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll up, beginning at the wide end; place point side down on greased baking sheets. Brush with butter. Cover and let rise till doubled; abour 25 minutes. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
