Ingredients
- 1 C butter, soft
- 2 C brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 2 2/3 C flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Topping: 1 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Whisk together: flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
Gradually beat into creamed mixture. Spread into sprayed
9x9 pan. Sprinkle topping over top. Bake 35-40 min at 350^
