Ingredients

  • 2 1/2

    Lbs. Ground Beef

  • 1

    Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

  • 2

    Large Eggs

  • 1/2

    C Old El Paso Hot Salsa

  • 1

    Medium Onion, Finely Chopped

  • 1

    Can Copped Green Chiles

  • 2

    Cans Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1

    21oz Can Bush's Texas Ranchero Beans

  • 1

    8oz Pkg. Sargento, Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine Eggs, Bread Crumbs, Salsa, Onions, Green Chilies, Ground Beef and mix well. Form into patties and brown in a skillet. Place the patties on a paper towel covered plate to remove some of the fat. Continue browning patties until all patties are done. In between the browning of the patties; I drain excess fat from the skillet. In a 3Qt. Sauté pan combine Mushroom Soup and Beans. Add the patties and cook for ten minutes. I make sure the patties are covered by the soup and bean mixture. Sprinkle with Cheese and heat till the cheese melts.
