• ti, is this the one you mean? The only ingredient that I don't have the counts for is the not/Sugar. Kevin's recipe says 12 carbs per cup but I get 13 net carbs.
• 55 grams Carbalose flour, 1/2 cup
• 13 grams wheat protein isolate 5000, 1 tablespoon
• 13 grams almond flour, 1/8 cup
• 7 grams resistant wheat starch 75, 1 tablespoon
• 1 teaspoon not/Sugar
• 299 Calories; 13g Fat; 32g Protein; 36g Carbohydrate; 23g Dietary Fiber; 13g Net Carbs
