Ingredients
- 2 package (8 oz. each) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2/3 cup finely chopped sweet red or yellow peppers (or combo)
- 1 can (2-1/4 oz) chopped ripe olives, drained
- 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas

Step 1
Mix cream cheese and dressing mix until well blended. Stir in green onions, peppers and olives. Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up tightly and chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Discard ends.
