Ingredients
- 2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, cold
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add cocoa alternately with milk, beating until smooth. Gradually add whipping cream; beat until very stiff, but not curdled.
Spoon mixture into crust. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or until firm. Garnish asdesired. Cover; refrigerate leftover pie.
