Ingredients
- 4 Avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 Serrano Peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/2 Red Onion, minced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Loosely packed cup minced cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salsa or diced tomatoes, optional

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together first 10 ingredients and mash with a potato masher. Top with salsa or tomatoes, if desired. Enjoy with your favorite whole-grain tortilla chips.
