- 4 Sole Fillets
- 1 T Horseradish
- 2 T Dijon Mustard
- 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 T Grated Gruyere Cheese
- 1/3 C Yogurt
- 2 T Butter

Step 1
Place fillets side by side in shallow glass baking dish.
In mixing bowl, blend the remaining ingredients and spread over fillets.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
