Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups Ore-Ida® Country Style Hash Browns thawed
- 1/3 cup green onions thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 tube Sage Sausage

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350º.
Cook sausage and drain to paper towel.
Press potatoes into bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Sprinkle on green onions, green pepper, sausage, cheese and salt.
Beat together eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
Pour eggs on top of other ingredients.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set.
