Ingredients
- HORSERADISH BURGERS:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- MUSTARD-PICKLE BURGERS:
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons drained pickle relish.
- MUSHROOMS:
- 4 onz. mushrooms, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients.
Shape mixture into 4-5 patties, each about 1 inch. thick.
TO BROIL: Set oven control to broil and/or 550°. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat until desired doneness (5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium).
TO OVEN-BAKE: Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Cook in 350° oven until desired doneness (about 30 minutes for medium).
TO PAN FRY: Cook in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, turning frequently, until desired doneness (about 10 minutes for medium).
