Ingredients
- 1 tub (12 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 24 baked cupcakes, cooled
- 8 cups flake coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Spread whipped topping on bottom and sides of cupcakes, holding cupcakes, top side down in palm of hand. Press coconut into whipped topping. Place cupcakes, top side down on serving plate.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
