Ingredients
- 1 bag romaine lettuce blend
- 1-2 lbs ground beef
- 1 pkt taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 bag frozen corn, steamed
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups corn chips
- Catalina salad dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain ground beef. Return to pan, add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water; simmer 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. In large bowl, layer lettuce, taco meat, black beans, corn, and tomatoes. Top with cheese and corn chips. Toss together to combine. Serve with dressing.
