Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shelled edamame (found in freezer section)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 5 T EV olive oil
  • 1 T fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Step 1

Cook edamame according to pkg., drain and reserve water. Peel and discard shells. Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender adding reserved liquid to create right consistency for dip. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
