Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon seafood stock
  • I used SUSHI CHEF
  • Traditional Japanese Style
  • MIRIN
  • Sweetened Sake for rice wine

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine water, soy saue, wine, and seafood stock. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Note: I simmered around 10 to 12 minutes. Very good!!
