Ingredients
- 9 large potatoes
- 6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter (for topping)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes and mash, gradually beating in all other ingredients except butter. Beat till mixture is light and fluffy. Spread in buttered casserole dish. Cover. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
To serve: Preheat oven to 350°. Dot top with butter.
Bake, covered for 30 minutes. (If a deep casserole is used, stir once during baking and bake 5 minutes longer.)
