Ingredients
- 5 -6 pound pork butt
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper puree (_made from 1 cup red chili peppers and 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar_)
- Dash allspice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube pork but into 2-3 inch cubes. Place pork in roasting pan. In separate bowl, mix together _water, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, chili pepper puree, and allspice_ until salt is dissolved.
Pour over pork. Bake 45 minutes (pork should be brown). Turn pork and continue baking 45 minutes until pork is done.
