Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 lb (500g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1.5 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1.25 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cup small broccoli florets
  • 1.5 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese Light - Made with 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min.

2. Stir in rice, broth and broccoli. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 min or until liquid is absorbed.

3. Add tomatoes, cheese and onions; stir until blended.
