Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb (500g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1.5 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1.25 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cup small broccoli florets
- 1.5 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese Light - Made with 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Step 1
1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min.
2. Stir in rice, broth and broccoli. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 min or until liquid is absorbed.
3. Add tomatoes, cheese and onions; stir until blended.
