Faux Ta Toes - Low Carb Mashed Potato Substitute

This is a great low carb substitute for mashed potatoes! Even my picky kids will eat this great side dish! Very easy and delicious!

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1 Steam the head of cauliflower until soft. 2 Mash cauliflower and softened cream cheese together or puree in a blender/ food processor if you want it smooth. (We prefer it chunky). 3 Adjust to your own taste, or desire for fat intake, or desired creaminess. 4 Add salt and pepper if desired. 5 Can be prepared with low fat cream cheese as well.
