Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt 150 gms of ghee & mix it in wheat flour. Make a stiff dough using
very little water.

2. Heat rest of the ghee in a kadahi. Make about 15-20 balls with dough.

3. Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown.

4. Grind the balls in a food processor to get a fine powder (churma).

5. Now take this powder in a large dish. Add cardamom powder, almond,
pistachio to the mixture.

6. Warm ghee to make it liquid & slowly add it to the powder (churma)

7. Keep mixing it evenly with the flour powder by rubbing the mixture
between your hands.Make sure ghee temperature is manageable & you
do not scald your fingers & palms.

8. Keep adding ghee, then add powdered sugar to it & mix evenly.

9. Once you feel mixture is reasonably soft, grease your hands, take a
small portion & roll it into a medium-sized ball or laddu. Choose a
size you are comfortable with.

10. Arrange the laddu in a serving plate.
