Ingredients
- 2 portabellas per sandwich
- 1 slice cheese per sandwich
- 2 slices ham per sandwich
- balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Scrape the gills out of the mushrooms and brush the mushrooms with balsamic vinegar. Cook gill side down in a sandwich press or electric grill until softened. Flip and top with cheese and ham. Top with second mushroom and cook until cheese melts.
