- 1 doz eggs
- mayo (miricle whip)
- parsley
- carrots
- raisins

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil eggs the peel
2. Cut eggs in zig zag to remove top
3. Spoon out yolks into bowl, mix in mayo till smoothe. Place in pastry bag.
4. Fill bottom of egg with yolk mixture past white to form head. Place top back on.
5. Cut carrot for one disc then cut out a small V for the feet. Place egg on it. Use the cut out V for the beak
place it in the head. Cut raisin into 2 pieces for the eyes, place into yolk.
