Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bag shredded carrots
- 1 16 ounce bag frozen peas
- 3 eggs
- 1 large onion, diced
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh ground pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Green tobacco sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 tube double-concentrated tomato paste
- Smoked paprika
- Red curry powder

Preparation
Step 1
Cook frozen peas. Drain and cool. Steam cauliflower and shredded carrots and drain. Rice cauliflower and carrots in food processor. Mix cauliflower, carrots, and peas in large bowl. Add in diced onion. Stir in 3 beaten eggs. Stir in desired amount of shredded cheese. Add seasonings. Press mixture into a rectangular baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and light brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut in squares and serve.
