Craisin Pecan Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine lettuce- washed and cut
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped (toast in oven @ 350 for 3-5 minutes)
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/4-1/2 crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tart apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- Dressing
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinger
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Step 1
Whisk or blend dressing ingredients together, dress salad to taste.
You can make the dressing ahead of time and keep it in the fridge. I think the colder the dressing the better it tastes. Enjoy!!!!
