  • 2 Tbs Oil
  • Giblets From Your Turkey
  • Neck From Your Turkey
  • 2 C water
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • 2 Tbs Flour
  • 2 1/2 Cups Chicken or Turkey Stock or drippings
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Preparation

Step 1

In 2 C water boil giblets & neck for 20 min
discard neck
in frying pan saute onion, celery & giblets
Vitamix onion, celery & giblets in the broth from cooking the giblets & neck
In frying pan heat butter & flour & spices
add giblet mix
add stock
