Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 12 t. ginger
- 1/3 c. sake
- dash of garlic
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2-3/4 c. water
- 3 t. cornstarch
- 1/2 t. accent
- 1/4 t. pepper
- honey to taste
- green onion
- chicken, beef or pork (small pieces)

Step 1
Mix and cook all ingredients except meat until mixture thickens. 5 pieces meat & 3 onion on stick, pour 1/2 mix on meat. Let marinate for 2-4 hours, cook over charcoal for 12 min, basting and turning of ten. Keep sauce warm; dip in sauce as as soon as removed from charcoal.
