Ingredients

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 3 T flour
  • 2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 20 oz can of pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 3 T reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/2 C crushed Ritz crackers
  • 4 T melted butter (1/2 a stick)

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350.

Combine can of pineapple chunks (drained), reserved pineapple juice, sugar, flour and cheddar cheese. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers & melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over the pineapple mixture.
