Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup red claret cooking wine

Step 1
Remove skin from chicken breasts. In skillet, melt butter, brown sugar, ground ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine. This will thicken a little as it cooks. Put breasts in pan, meat side down. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover & bake 1 hour at 350º. Last 10 minutes, uncover, turn chicken & return to oven. Serve gravy over rice.
