Tortellini and Shrimp (Pam Tite)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook tortellini as per directions on package. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and add shrimp, season shrimp with a 1/4 tsp salt and a 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook on one side and turn once. Add alfredo sauce, feta cheese and tortellini. Stir until feta cheese is melted. Stir in peas and spinach.
