Ingredients

  • 4

    cups lettuce, shredded

  • 1 1/2

    cups tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/4

    cup bacon bits

  • 4

    slices white bread , toasted and cubed

  • 1/2

    cup cheese, shredded

  • 1/2

    cup fat free thousand island dressing

  • 1/4

    cup fat free mayo

  • 1

    teaspoon dried parsly flakes

Directions

In an 8 x 8 inch dish, layer lettuce tomatoes, bacon bits, toast cubes, and cheddar cheese. In a small bowl, combine Thousand Island dressing, mayonnaise and parsley flakes. Spread dressing mixture evenly over top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.
