Ingredients
- Jewish Rye Bread or any bread of your choice
- Spreadable Butter
- garlic clove 2
- Lite Mayo 3/4 C
- Lemon Juice 1 TB
- Stoneground Mustard 1 TB
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Tuna 4 cans
- Artichoke hearts 1 can 14 oz
- Fresh spinach 1 C
- Tomatoes 2 plum
- Sliced Mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Mix garlic, tuna, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, tuna, artichoke, spinach, chopped tomatoes
place cheese on bread
top with tuna
another slice of cheese
another slice of bread
butter tops of bread
heat in frying pan until cheese is melted and bread is browned
these can be served hot or stuck in the fridge to serve cold
