Decadent Chocolate Brownies

• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat; stirring occasionally.
3. When chocolate is melted, remove from heat and stir until smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
5. Add sugar and stir.
6. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
7. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla.
8. Pour into buttered 9 x 9-inch pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
9. Cool before cutting.
10. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
