Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt your chocolate. I use a small pan full of water and a metal bowl to rest on top of it. I only fill the pan halfway so that the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Turn it on med-high heat.
Add your chocolate. I used about 3/4-1 cup for four spiderwebs.
Stir occasionally until completely melted. Remove from heat for a few minutes while you prep your pretzels.
2. While it is cooling...Lay down some wax paper. Add about 10-12 stick pretzels in a circular fashion for each spider web you want to make.
3. Fill a ziploc or other plastic bag with the chocolate. I used an old yogurt container to set the open bag into so it was easy to dump the chocolate in.
4. Snip a small opening at the bottom top of the bag and squeeze the chocolate in a circular fashion over your pretzels.
5. Let it cool at room temperature for a few hours...OR you can slide them onto a cookie sheet and pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes or less. You will know they are ready when the chocolate no longer looks glossy, but has turned completely matte looking.
6. Peel from the wax paper and lay it onto top of your bowl full of ice cream.
