  • 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp rosemary, chpd
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 3 T. EVOO
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • pinch of cayenne

Step 1

Toss the potatoes with all the ingredients. Spread on baking sheet and roast in 500 oven until golden about 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and cook until golden and crisp, 8 more minutes. Season with salt
