Ingredients
- Pie crust (put in pie plate & bake for approx. 5 min)
- 1/2 c onion chopped fine
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 2 cups cream (half-n-half)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 - 2 T melted butter
- pepper
- 8 slices bacon - 2 crumbled on bottom & 2 on top
- Can use ham instead of bacon.
- Also can use asparagus, spinich, broccoli, crab - whatever!!

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, cream & cheese with salt & pepper.
put bacon on bottom of each pastry. Divide liquid between the two - then top with bacon
Bake at 375* for 30 min - let cool 5 min.
