Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled
  • 6-8 Strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled
  • 1 2" x 3" chunk of honeydew melon
  • 1 2" x 3" chunk of cantalope
  • 2 tsp. fresh(!) lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP, sugar, dash of cinnamon
  • 2-3 TBSP of Orange marmalade or apple jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Chop al fruits into small pieces. Add lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and marmalade or jelly. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Make tortilla chips by cutting flour tortillas into pieces. Spray with water and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until crisp.
