Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1 tbsp cooking
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Turn the oven to 350. Fry pork chops on both sides until browned. Transfer chops to the roaster.

Scatter the onion over the chops in roaster.

Measure all of the remaining ingredients into the bowl. Stir. Pour over the chops and onions. Cover. Bake for approx. 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
