Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) jar roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups (8oz) shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 3 tbsp. thinly sliced sun-dired tomatoes
- 1 pickled jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
- tortilla chips
- grilled chorizo sausage, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Thinly slive 2/3 cup roasted red peppers. ( reserve remaning)
2. pour cream into a cast iron skillet Add peppers and cheese.
3. Broil 6 inches from heat for 8-10 min. Sprinkle with tomatoes and jalapeno strips.
4. serve with chips!
