Ingredients
- 16 ounce box of powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 egg plus 2 eggs
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 18.25 chocolate cake mix
- 16 tablespoons melted butter
- butter to grease pan
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease a 13x9 pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg and 8 tablespoons of butter(1 stick) melted and stir until well blended. Pat mixture into the 13x9 pan. Set aside. In a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining 2 eggs and cocoa powder. lower the speed and add powdered sugar. Continue beating until well mixed. Slowly add the remaining stick of melted butter and the vanilla. continue to beat the mixture until smooth. Stir in nuts and spread filling over cake mixture in the pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Be careful not to over cook center should be gooey. Let cake cool before cutting.
