Ingredients

1 large egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups applesauce
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg, oil and applesauce. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices. Beat well. Stir in raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
