Ingredients
- Flour 1/3 C
- egg 2
- stoneground mustard 3 TB
- salt 1/4 tsp
- bread crumbs 2/3 C
- ground pecans 2/3 C
- tilapia - 1 fillet per person
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In one dredge bowl place flour
in another place egg, mustard & salt
in another place bread crumbs & pecans
heat oil to shimmer in frying pan
cook fish 3 min on each side
