Ingredients
- 6 large portabello mushrooms
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 2 T parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 3 eggs

Step 1
Place flour in plate. In seperate plate, mix panko, cheese, parsley, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Dredge fry-shaped mushrooms in flour, egg, panko mix. Fry 3-4 minutes. Drain.
