  • 2/3 cup sugar (Confectioners)
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 6 tablespoons Irish whiskey,Rum, Whiskey or a liquore such as Irish Cream

Step 1

•Combine sugar and water in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Mix in booze. Cool.

DO AHEAD Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
