Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 to 4 oz. squares of semi sweet or bittersweet chocolate

Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Add sugar and then stir in corn syrup. Mix and blend flour in 1/2 cup evaporated milk then add to the chocolate mixture with the rest of the evaporated milk. Bring all ingredients to a boil over low heat. Add vanilla.
