Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 3/4 cup beer

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, mustard and beer and mix well. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Dip fish in batter and fry until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce, if desired.
