Parmesan & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash Beau Monde seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread rounds, or vegetables. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
