Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb smoked sausage
- 1 (28 oz) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat sausage. Cut into slices and brown in skillet. Add pepper and onion slices and brown. Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and garlic. Pour over pepper and onions. Bring to boil and simmer several minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
